Hello!

Welcome to 2 minute read!
Hi! My name is Shih Hoon, and that’s my first name 😊 Yeap, it’s 2-words and it’s pronounced as:
Shih = ‘she’
Hoon = ‘h-OO-n’
I always have an interest in productivity systems and harnessing a growth mindset. Although, most of the time, when I read it, I try it, but with little or no planning, it sometimes worked and may not worked. What I was missing is consistency. I have to figure it all out on my own.
I’ll be sharing what I have read, tried and reflection of my experience with you. Hopefully, it would be less chaotic for you (I’m sure you’re less chaotic than me!!).
While we strive to develop ourselves, we should always balance it with mindfulness like meditation, journaling, yoga etc. It wouldn’t be good if we get all stressed up trying to do better, as the outcome would be the opposite.
